Reel Money is committed to providing excellent customer service. As part of that commitment, Reel Money is committed to supporting safe responsible gambling. Although Reel Money will use its reasonable endeavours to enforce its responsible gambling policies, Reel Moneydoes not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or Reel Money is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of Reel Money reasonable control.
Please refer to our Socially Responsible Gambling Policy for more information on how to remain in control when gambling.
6. Self Exclusion
If you wish to stop gambling for longer than 30 days, you can do this through SelfExclusion.
You can choose to block your account from all of our products:
You are able to set the Self-Exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years or 5 years. You can extend the Self-Exclusion at any time.
Remember - Once you enter into a Self-Exclusion this cannot be removed from your account.

We will do all we can to prevent you from opening another account with us, but also ask that you avoid trying to open another account.
If we identify that you have opened a duplicate account with Reel Money, all placed bets will be voided, and any deposits that have been made on the account will be forfeited and sent to a registered gambling charity organisation.
We will refund any money left in your account upon applying the Self-Exclusion.
If your remaining balance is under £1, we will donate the equivalent to a Gambling Charity.
We will stop all marketing communications within 48 hours of your Self-Exclusion being applied.
7. Finances - Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: £5.00
Minimum withdrawal: £5.00
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name.
We do not offer credit for gambling. This includes credit cards and credit betting.
Once a withdrawal request is made, it cannot be reversed (UKGC requirement).
Withdrawals are subject to security, KYC, fraud, and AML checks.
You may only bet/wager with the amount of cleared funds held in your account. Accordingly, if you want to place bets or participate in gaming, you must deposit money into your account. Further details of how to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds can be found in the My Account section of the website.
By depositing funds into your Reel Money account, you direct us and we agree to hold them, along with any winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using them (i) to place your sporting and gaming stakes; and (ii) settling any fees or charges that you might incur in connection with the use of our services. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds without any intention to
place sporting and/or gaming stakes. In such circumstances, we may also report this to the relevant authorities.
Reel Money will take no additional charges from your payment card for using our services, however some debit card providers may treat your deposit transaction with Reel Money as a cash withdrawal and charge you accordingly within their terms and conditions. Reel Moneyaccepts no liability for any payment card charges you may incur.
To ensure the absolute security of all customers' financial details and to assist us in combating fraud efficiently, it may be necessary for us to request customers to provide personal identification for a withdrawal request when funds have been deposited by a payment card.
Reel Money will undertake to review accounts every 6 months to check for inactive or dormant accounts. The accounts found on searches require that the customer is contacted and either the account reactivated or closed once all funds are removed.
If no customer contact, then the funds should be manually adjusted back to the customer, and the account should be closed.
We hold customer funds separate from company funds in a segregated bank account. However, these funds are not protected in the event of insolvency: not protected segregation. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: Not Protected. For more information, please see the Gambling Commission's website on the protection of customer funds.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that in the event of Kairos Edge Limited becoming insolvent, your funds may be considered part of the company's assets and may not be returned to you.
In compliance with UKGC Licence Conditions, because your funds are rated as 'Not Protected', we are required to remind you of this status at least once every six months. You will be prompted to acknowledge this notice upon login. Access to betting facilities will be temporarily restricted until this acknowledgement is received, ensuring you remain fully informed about the status of your funds.
Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder.
For most payment types, withdrawals can be processed by clicking 'Withdraw' on the My Account part of the website, subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account. There is no set maximum withdrawal amount per day but withdrawal requests for amounts greater than £5,000 or currency equivalent may require additional arrangements.
If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of your account, we reserve the right to charge you for the relevant amounts incurred.
If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, Reel Money reserves the right to make a charge to the
customer’s account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly.
8. Placing Bets/Wagers
All bets placed with Reel Money will be settled in accordance with Our Betting Rules.
Reel Money reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets/wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion.
We only accept bets/wagers made online (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device). Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose.
Bets/wagers will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.
A bet/wager that you request will only be valid once accepted by theReel Money servers. Each valid bet/wager will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet/wager, please check your account history or Contact Us.
Reel Money reserves the right to adjust customer accounts to reflect any incorrectly transferred monies relating to incorrect settlement of bets.
Bets placed in accordance with the rules of Reel Money may only be amended or cancelled by mutual agreement. However, should a bet be accepted in error after the result of the race/event is known or after Reel Money has ceased to accept bets on the race/event concerned, the selection(s) involved will be void.
Reel Money reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet. The right is also reserved to close an account without explanation, however in such case, any bets already accepted and awaiting fruition will stand, unless made in contravention of our rules or otherwise fraudulently.
It is a condition of our acceptance of bets from you that, and by offering to place a bet with us you represent that:
- you are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any term of your contract of employment or any rule of a Sport Governing Body which applies to you.
- you are not aware of any circumstances which would make the placing of the bet a breach of a rule on betting applied by a Sport Governing Body.
Where the bet is placed on the outcome of a race, competition or other event or process or on the likelihood of anything occurring or not occurring (“the event”) you do not know the outcome of the event.
In the event of such representation by you proving to be false your stake will be forfeited and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of the bet.
Related contingency betting is not permitted. This is typically when multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. For example, in a soccer match involving Team A and Team B:
If Team A are 'evens' to win at home to Team B and the correct score odds for Team A to win 1-0 is 8/1, by having the double Team A to win and the correct score to be 1-0, a customer would be getting 16/1 about an 8/1 chance, for if Team A win 1-0 they would automatically have won the match.
If such a bet is taken in error it will be settled as two single bets with the stake equally divided.
Where selections dead-heat, the stake money is proportioned according to the number of selections which dead-heat and paid at full-odds.
Outright markets (defined as after the draw/official field is confirmed for a specific event), may be subject to a deduction equivalent to the Rule 4 (Deductions). The Rule 4 will be applied, according to the table of deductions (a table of deductions, and further Rule 4 rules related to Horse Racing can be found within the Horse Racing section of Our Betting Rules). Effectively the Rule 4 will be applied, in the case of participant withdrawals, with odds of 9/1 or smaller. Deductions may apply for any runners scratched from the Final Field prior to race commencement. Any such deductions will apply to the total payout value on all bets placed prior to the scratching and the reframing of a new market by [SampleCo.].
Reel Money will not be liable for obvious/palpable errors. This includes bets where an obvious error is subsequently identified in the odds/handicap/totals/Cash Out amounts displayed or where Reel Money continue to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets. This extends to settlement errors on bets or Cash Outs. In the event of an incorrect price being taken prior to the start of an event, any bets will stand and be settled at the Reel Moneyrevised price. If the revised price is deemed less than 1/1000, then bets will be void. Where there is sufficient time before the start of an event, Reel Money will endeavour to contact the customer and may, in our absolute discretion, allow the option of cancelling the bet. When an incorrect player or team is quoted within a fixture, all bets will be void at the discretion of Reel Money. If, for any reason, a pre-event bet is inadvertently accepted after a match or event has commenced, bets will be settled as follows:
If the event and market is covered In-Play then bets will stand at the revised price at the time the bet was placed (where a revised price is deemed less than 1/1000, then bets will be void), unless the outcome is already known, in which case such bets will be void. ii) If the event or market is not covered In-Play, then the bet will stand as long as the selected participant or team has not gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc.).
Where a material advantage has been gained Reel Money reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose. Any bet placed where the outcome is already known, including In-Play, will be made void.

Where our Website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. 10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Verification

We may require proof of:
- - Identity
- - Address
- - Payment method ownership
- - Source of funds and/or wealth
Failure to provide required documents may result in account suspension.
We may also be required to conduct checks to ensure you are financially able to sustain your betting activity ('Financial Risk Checks'). You agree to provide information regarding your source of funds and source of wealth (such as bank statements or occupation details) if requested to satisfy these regulatory obligations.
Data Sharing for Sports Integrity, in accordance with our licensing conditions and the Data Protection Act 2018, Reel Moneyreserves the right to share your personal data, betting history, and transactional records with:
- The Gambling Commission of Great Britain (UKGC);
- Sporting National Governing Bodies (e.g., The FA, FIFA, The BHA, The Tennis Integrity Unit); and
- Betting Integrity Associations (e.g., The International Betting Integrity Association).
Such disclosure will occur where we possess reasonable grounds to suspect involvement in match-fixing, sport-fixing, breach of sports rules, or where we detect suspicious betting patterns that threaten the integrity of a sporting event.
11. Bonuses and Promotions
All promotions are subject to separate bonus terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates.
Bonus abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, matched betting) will lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
Breach of promotional terms may result in the removal of bonuses and winnings.
When promotional offers are made, additional, specific rules may apply which we will clearly display. Free bet stakes will not be returned as part of any winnings. The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any free bets on concessions is £5,000 per day
We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offer at our discretion and without prior warning.
All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number,IP, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), mobile device (e.g. mobile or tablet), application download or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets/wagers placed by a customer or group of
customers (e.g. where common betting patterns across the same fixture/markets have been identified across accounts), which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free and risk free bets/wagers, or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Reel Money reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in Reel Money absolute discretion settle bets/wagers at the correct odds, void the free and risk free bets/wagers or void any bet/wager funded by the deposit bonus.
Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG): Where "Best Odds Guaranteed" is offered on a specific race or event:
If you take a price (Early Price) and the Starting Price (SP) is greater, we will pay you out at the bigger odds.
Cap on Benefit: The maximum additional benefit (the difference between the Early Price return and the SP return) payable to any one customer per day is capped at [£10,000].
Exclusions: BOG does not apply to Ante-Post bets, Enhanced Accumulators, or bets placed before [09:00] on the day of the race.
12. Game Rules and RTP
The Return to Player, or RTP, within any game is the expected percentage of stakes a specific game will return to the player over a period of time.
However, it is important to realise the RTP percentage is an average achieved over a significant number of game plays and not each time the game is played.
The average RTP percentage is typically measured over a large volume of hands or spins.
For example, if a game displays an 85% RTP, it is not expected that the player would win an average of 85 units for every 100 units of currency staked during a playing session.
The RTP can vary widely in either direction due to statistical variance and differs from game to game.
Volatility, often called variance or dispersion, is provided by the Game Suppliers.
This is used to let players know how often they can expect the slot to pay out, and how big they can expect that payout will be.
A slot with low volatility will award players with frequent wins for low to mid-sized amounts, while a slot with high volatility will provide players with much larger wins at a more irregular pace.
13. Account Suspension and Closure
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or for regulatory compliance reasons.
If we are unable to verify your details, or you are unable and/or unwilling to provide proof of identity or required information:
We will restrict or place limits on your Account, including preventing withdrawals, until checks are completed to our reasonable satisfaction; and
If checks ultimately fail, your Account will be suspended and may be permanently closed. In this event, we will return any residual deposit balance; however, winnings attributable to activity prior to successful verification will not be credited or paid out where such failure prevents us from satisfying our regulatory obligations or where we reasonably suspect a Prohibited Activity has occurred.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support, support@updates.reelmoney.bet.

Should a response not be forthcoming, the bet will stand at the correct odds.

The balance of your account will at all times be as is recorded on our server.
The balance on the server when logging on to our Website, after you have been disconnected, will reflect the balance after completion of the last bet prior to the disconnection.
We regret the imposition of the above, however it is necessary to avoid further complications. By placing any further bets or offers on our Website, you accept the results of any previous bet. As such (at our discretion) the results of the previous bet are no longer in dispute and no refund or other adjustments will be granted. If you feel the result of any of the games is unfair or incorrect, you should contact us immediately and report the incident.
17. Maximum Payouts
Customers should note that multiple bets can be placed that exceed the limits stated. Reel Money accept no liability for accepting bets that breach the limits below and will not void them. It is the Customers’ responsibility to ensure that they are aware of the maximum payout applicable to the Sports product they bet on.
Where a multiple bet has been placed which involves events with different pay-out limits, then the lowest limit will apply.
Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day's betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed. A day is defined as 00:00-23:59 CET (Central European Time).

Any group of customers who have placed the same combination of selections and we believe have been acting as a syndicate, will be treated as one customer for the purpose of the above limits.

22. LIABILITY, ERRORS AND MALFUNCTIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT SETS OUT THE LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY TO YOU, YOUR OBLIGATIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN ERROR, AND WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.
General Service Availability We provide the Services, including the Website and Mobile Application, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our Services, we do not guarantee that the Services will be:
Uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components;
Compatible with your specific equipment, devices, or software; or
Available at any specific time or location.
Statutory Rights and Non-Excludable Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (such as the right to services supplied with reasonable care and skill).
Definitions: Errors and Malfunctions. To ensure clarity, the following definitions apply to this Section 22:
"Malfunction" refers to any failure of the Services or our automated processes to operate as designed or intended. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) Technical Failures: Server crashes, connectivity interruptions, or hardware failures; (ii) Software Errors: Coding bugs, logic errors in the Random Number Generator (RNG), or failures in the game payout tables (including where a game continues to pay out winnings when it should have ended); and (iii) Third-Party Failures: Errors caused by our third-party game providers or data suppliers.
"Error" refers to a mistake (often manual) in the information we provide. This includes "Palpable Errors" where odds, prices, or handicap spreads are displayed incorrectly (e.g., odds of 100/1 are offered instead of 10/1 due to a typo) or where a bet is accepted on a market that should have been suspended.
"Interruption" refers to a disruption in a gambling Transaction for any reason, including internet failure, severe latency, or technical failure on your device or our servers.
Consequences of Errors and Malfunctions
Customer Obligation: Where any Error, Malfunction, or Interruption is or becomes apparent to you, or you suspect that one may be occurring, you agree to cease your use of the relevant Service(s) immediately and contact us.
Voiding Rights: In the event of a confirmed Malfunction or Error: (i) We reserve the right to void any bets placed, and cancel any winnings accrued, as a direct result of the Malfunction or Error; (ii) Your original stake for the affected bet(s) will be refunded to your Account; and (iii) We shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, potential winnings, or "jackpots" that appear on your screen solely as a result of the Malfunction or Error.
Funds Held on Trust: If, due to an Error, Malfunction, or administrative mistake, funds are credited to your Account that do not belong to you: (i) These funds will be held by you on trust for Reel Money; (ii) You must not withdraw, wager, or otherwise use these funds; and (iii) We reserve the right to reclaim these funds from your Account balance or recover them as a debt.
Interruption Handling (Gaming) We handle interruptions to ensure fairness and transparency:
Post-Stake Interruption: Where an Interruption occurs after we receive notification of your stake, and you can have no further influence on the outcome of the event or game, the results of the game will stand.
Pre-Outcome Interruption: If an Interruption occurs before an outcome has been generated, we will return your stake to your Account.
Restoration: For games with multiple stages, we will take all reasonable steps to restore the game to its last known state upon your next login.
Dispute Authority: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you accept that our transaction log database will be the primary evidence used to determine the result. However, this does not affect your statutory rights or your right to raise a formal complaint or escalate a dispute to our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, ProMediate Ltd, whose independent decision we agree to review in line with our Complaints Procedure.
Live Data and Latency
Information Only: All "Live," "In-Play," or "Real-Time" data (including scores, game clocks, and statistics) displayed on the Services is provided by third-party feeds for information purposes only.
Latency: You acknowledge that "Live" video or data transmissions are subject to delays ("latency") which may vary depending on your device and internet connection. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on delayed or inaccurate data.
Regulatory Compliance and Duty of Care
We take our regulatory obligations seriously and implement policies to comply with the Gambling Commission's Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (including Safer Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering).
However, you acknowledge and agree that these internal policies and regulatory obligations are statutorily imposed duties owed to the regulator and do not create a separate contractual duty of care owed by us to you personally.
Accordingly, we are not liable for any loss (including gambling losses) alleged to arise from a failure to intervene in your gambling activity or a failure to implement safer gambling measures, provided we have not acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. This includes, but is not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, viruses, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Limitation of Liability (The Cap) Subject to Clause 22.2 (Non-Excludable Liability) and our Rules on Maximum Payout Limits:

General Liability: For all other claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), our maximum aggregate liability to you in any twelve (12) month period shall be limited to the greater of: (i) The total amount of commission or "rake" paid by you to us in the preceding six (6) months; or (ii) £2,000 (Two Thousand Pounds Sterling).
